REFUND & CANCELLATION GUIDELINES – HONORING ENERGY EXCHANGE
Every service, class, or course represents an intentional energetic exchange of time, preparation, and sacred space.
These guidelines honor both your commitment and mine, ensuring mutual respect and clarity.
Cancellation Windows
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed sessions are non-refundable.
- One-time grace may be extended in genuine emergencies at the facilitator’s discretion.
Refund Conditions
- All payments for energy sessions, readings, coaching calls, and group programs are non-refundable.
- Courses and online workshops are non-refundable once access is granted or digital content delivered.
- If a session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances, a full reschedule or credit will be offered.
Value Alternatives
Instead of refunds, clients may receive:
- Credit toward a future service of equal value, OR
- Transferability to another eligible person (once, within 30 days).
These alternatives maintain the energetic reciprocity while offering flexibility.
Payment Processes
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Accepted methods include UPI, bank transfer, or approved digital gateways.
- Installment plans (if offered) must be honored as per agreement; incomplete payments may pause access until balance is cleared.

Life happens. If unexpected situations arise, please communicate as soon as possible.
