Having led multiple financial teams closely linked with global stock markets, Kalashree is on the ball – strategizing every nanosecond till the key objective appears on the radar. And lands within the striking distance. All takeaways from a clock-defying corporate role are shaped into thoughts and ideas to aid the people to find their groove. And put her clients – much as she hates to view her work as business, ‘client’ is an easy term to write down, though – back in the happiness bubble.

At age 18 when life teases one with spectacular gambles, Kalashree took the path less travelled. Tickled by curiosity, she signed up for a Reiki course, a decision that has positively impacted thousands of people in distress across the globe. As she sank deeper into her role as a healer showering energy healing on very simple cases of basic ailments to life-threatening terminal-ill cases such as cancer, Kalashree widened her horizon with allied areas such as Shamanism, Oracle card reading, womb healing and money healing. She has headlined many workshops on these immersive topics for years, benefiting hundreds of people from different strata of society. The best testimonial came when Kalashree, at age 18, tried these healing techniques on herself to successfully kill the ghosts of her past.

Along the way, Kalashree understood the often-understated importance of mind or its overarching branch called ‘mindset coaching’. Through this, Kalashree tries to break down a person’s problems into atomic episodes and deconstructs them to offer a fresh light on the core issue. This process – effectively achieved through intensive listening and patiently dissecting each belief system governing their mind – helps in bringing about positive changes, shedding negative attitudes, and breaking the shackles of comfort zone. Down the line, Kalashree, through coaching calls and extended conversations, helps her clients grasp their true self and realize their true and full potential. Transformational therapies are part of this healing process, which is an enduring feature of this path of healing.
