Healing is a process to make it better

Making anything better that is associated with us.
Making our life better. Making our mindset better. Making our confidence levels better. Etc
You may wonder why it is important to heal. Healing as a process is important for us to experience different and feel different.
If we continue to feel the same way. If we continue to be the same way – our experiences and our life will be the same.
If we perceive life the same way, then we will receive all of life the same way as we did all this time.
If we continue to respond to our relationships the same way, then the love and fulfilment we receive from these relationships will also continue to be the same.
If we continue to aim the same way in life, then the outcomes, success we experience in life will be the same.

The foundation for bringing about any change starts with healing

Healing is a way of identifying what makes us the way that we are and then resolving to make it better. The plus point is that healing begins the minute we identify that we need to do better.
After reading all of this, we can clearly conclude that Healing is a multilevel, multifaceted process of restoring balance and well-being after illness, injury, and trauma. Healing is just not confined to physical recovery. Its healing is a deep personal journey that is full of aha moments, victories, setbacks, breakthroughs, and consistent effort.
Lets look at some meanings of healing at different levels:

Many people believe that healing is a one-time effort. In reality, healing is a non-linear journey that an individual takes throughout their life. Every human’s identity is unique and so is their personal journey. With every layer of healing we achieve, we open the need for deeper healing of other aspects.

Healing is not a one-size-fits-all kind of situation. Healing can be personalised to each one’s requirement and needs. For some people, meditation and mindfulness can do all the magic. But for some, journaling and rituals might help. So its important we embark on this journey of healing by exploring and experimenting with various ways to achieve personal healing.

As a coach and a healer there is one secret mantra to success in healing. And the secret is to be consistent and curious. As we embark on this journey, it becomes imperative that we are consistent towards the practices and that will give the long-lasting results of success. At the sametime, healing opens many nooks and corners about your own life. Healing is similar to holding a torch in a dark room. When we begin our journey to understand ourselves deeper, we start to encounter the roots of why we are the way we are. We begin to unravel the meaning to the many experiences we keep bumping into. Hence adding a dash of curiosity is going to make the healing journey from a passive process to an active enjoyable exploration. Curiosity on your healing journey will empower you to question, learn and evolve from each experience. Whether the experience is joyful or painful – we will learn to witness it with compassion. This leads us to live a much more authentic life.
